Real Property Management Vesta is seeking a full-time Project Manager to work from our office in downtown Macon.  The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing large projects to include relatively extensive rehabs of rental houses.  Duties will include requesting bids, preparing estimates, establishing timelines, monitoring budgets, etc. 

The successful applicant will have a professional demeanor and be highly organized with strong time management skills. He/she will be a natural communicator with the ability to work independently.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required as well as the ability to quickly learn new software applications with appropriate training.  Property Management, Project Management, and/or Construction experience welcome but not required.
